Collecting Your TRF

Your Test Report Form will be available 13 days after you complete the test.

You will need your passport or ID number (the same number you used when you registered for the test)

You will only receive one copy of your Test Report Form, unless you are applying to Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC), or United Kingdom Visas and Immigration (UKVI) – in this case, you can receive two. Test centres can issue up to two additional TRFs to a test taker under conditions such as damage or loss of TRF. The total number of TRFs provided directly to a test taker must be limited to a maximum of three copies.

You may collect your result in person from our office or fill in the Autharization Form   for another person to pick it up on your behalf.

This is a very valuable document and it is recommended that you take care in keeping your TRF secure.

You will not be able to obtain your results over the phone, by email or by fax.

Additional Test Report Form

To request an additional Test Report Form you will need to complete an Additional TRF Application Form .

Up to five (5) copies of your TRF will be posted to the relevant institution(s) you have listed on your IELTS application form. Regular postage is free of charge. Charges for courier services and/or overseas postage will be passed onto you.

Additional TRFs beyond these five can be requested from the test centre which issued the TRF. If the Receiving Institution accepts electronic submission of scores then that can be arranged through the Barattson IELTS Test Centre at no charge. More than five TRFs are subject to a 20 AZN fee per TRF plus courier costs.

Your IELTS score is valid for 2 years, with no limit on how many times you can use it for study, work or migration.

Viewing your results online

Your results will also be available to view online for 28 days. (The preview of your test result is provisional and may not be used as official confirmation of your achievement.

Your test centre or the IELTS partners will not accept any responsibility in the event that your result fails to display here, whether due to technical fault or administrative procedures.

Enquiry on Results

You can apply for a remark by completing Enquiry on Results form at your test centre within six weeks of the test date. You must pay an enquiry fee (160 AUD), which is fully refunded if your band score changes. Note that IELTS Examiners and markers follow strict assessment guidelines and are regularly monitored. The IELTS testing process has the highest quality control procedures.

The Enquiry on Results will be processed within 3 to 21 days. You will receive a letter via email confirming your final score from your test centre after this time.
