There are 2 ways to apply for the IELTS test.

For all forms of registration, the following must be submitted in order to consider your application complete:

1. Completed online application
2. Payment
3. A clear scan of your Passport or ID card

Incomplete applications will be placed on hold for 72 hours. If your application is not complete after 72 hours, it will be rejected and a spot will not be reserved on your test date.

How to Apply Online

In order to apply online, please follow these steps:

• Complete the online application process through IELTS Online Registration
• Make a payment either through Online Payment system or with cash
• Wait patiently for a confirmation e-mail. All applications will be processed and the applicants will be contacted in the order in which the application arrived. Applicants should expect approximately 48 hours for processing.

If you do not complete both the online application and the submission of your required documents by e-mail within 48 hours of each other, your application will be rejected and you will need to re-apply.

How to Apply In-Person

Register offline by completing the following steps:

1.Download the IELTS Application Form , complete your details and make a payment

OR

2.Come to our offices at Bakhtiyar Vahabzada 5, 3rd floor. AZ1141 Baku, Azerbaijan. We are open Monday - Friday from 9:00am to 7:00pm, Saturday 2:00pm - 4:00pm

Note: You will need your Passport or ID for registration

Applications done in person still require you to sign up online, but we can provide you with a computer if you do not have one readily accessible. After applying online, you may make your payment and Identity Registration with our registration staff at the same time for fast confirmation of your test placement.

How to Successfully Apply

IELTS has implemented security procedures that require all candidates to visit our office for a fingerscan and an on-site photograph. This is a mandatory procedure and must be completed by all applicants in advance of their test or on the morning of their testing day.

Each applicant must submit the following:

• Your passport's identification page showing name, number, picture and expiry date or
• Your ID card.
• Your test fee payment. We accept cash, debit, Visa,and Mastercard. We do not accept checks.
• Addresses of institutions where you would like additional test results mailed (if applicable).

The IELTS test fee is the same for both versions of the test (Academic and General Training).
